When you think of Christmas colour schemes, there's one that instantly springs to mind; red and green. And while this traditional combination continues to serve us well, as does the pairing of white and your preferred metallic, this year, it would seem there's a new theme to consider.

John Lewis & Partners calls its collection 'Renaissance', while Amara has simply entitled its edit 'Blush'. Other brands have forgone giving it a moniker entirely, but there's no disputing that pink is easily the most prevalent shade when it comes to festive fringing for 2020.

While this year might not have the glittering, party-filled ending we may want, that doesn't mean we can't bring some fun to the season with some joy-inducing decorations. And no colour feels quite as delightful as pink. With a lovely soft palette of rose and warm neutrals, this is a luxe, incredibly glamorous look, further enhanced with the addition of silver, copper, and gold accents. Drape garlands, beads, and sprays over bannisters or dining tables, and mix with beautiful pastel tree accessories with your existing decorations.
